The Shared Space Collection consists of ten pieces created with everyday shared spaces and in influence in mind. The unified color palette creates a relatable consistency throughout this body of work, while the forms uniquely overlap and are arranged next to one another - considering the space of the canvas. While making this collection, I thought a lot about how I feel sharing a variety of spaces. Some spaces yield safety, while others may produce nervousness. Becoming aware of the significance of each space and the influence they may have has allowed me to grow, dream, heal and mend.
